Job Description
Pacific Life is seeking a Senior Credit Analyst to join its Private ABS Team in Newport Beach, CA. The role will involve evaluating, underwriting, and managing investment opportunities for private securitizations. The team is committed to this asset class and aims to grow the Private ABS portfolio considerably.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of structured credit investment experience
- Bachelor's degree with a relevant major
- Basic knowledge of deal structures and willingness to review term sheets, indentures, and other supporting deal documentation
- Experience in one or more structured product areas, such as ABS, RMBS, CMBS, or CLOs
- Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
- Familiarity with financial tools and databases, such as Bloomberg, Intex, Trepp, etc.
