Pacific Life is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Reinsurance Operations team in Newport Beach, CA, Omaha, NE, or Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience with financial reinsurance initiatives, data mining, and process improvements.
Requirements
- 4-year degree or equivalent combination of work and experience
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to document processes clearly and communicate recommendations to technical and non-technical partners
- Proven leadership, organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize/communicate conflicting demands in a fast-paced environment
