Credentialing Manager

PacificSource is looking for a Credentialing Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing provider credentialing and recredentialing, supervising staff, and collaborating with other departments. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of health insurance experience, with at least 3 years of credentialing experience. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and strong leadership skills.

Requirements

• Manage all provider credentialing and recredentialing
• Supervise and provide guidance to assigned staff
• Collaborate with provider partners, internal customers, and other external constituents
• Develop annual budgets and monitor spending
• Proactively work with other departments to improve interdepartmental processes
• Actively participate in various strategic and internal committees
• Provide oversight of staff and development of appropriate processes and templates
• Monitor practitioner profiles under strict confidentiality requirements
• Continually assess and improve Credentialing team processes
• Develop and implement systems and procedures to ensure program criteria compliance
• Resolve problems and issues for credentialing and survey analysts
• Collaborate with all other departments throughout PacificSource
• Maintain open communication with practitioners relating to required credentialing and survey processes
