PacificSource is seeking a Credentialing Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of health insurance experience, including at least 3 years of credentialing experience. The role will involve managing provider credentialing and recredentialing, as well as supervising and guiding a team of staff. The candidate will also be responsible for developing annual budgets, monitoring spending, and collaborating with other departments to improve interdepartmental processes. Additionally, the candidate will be required to maintain open communication with practitioners, develop and implement systems and procedures, and resolve problems and issues as they arise.
