Job Description
PacificSource is looking for a Health Equity Accreditation Program Manager to lead and manage the organization’s compliance with the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) health equity standards and ensure the successful implementation, maintenance, and improvement of NCQA health equity accreditation and related quality initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of healthcare accreditation, quality management, or related healthcare program management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field, or equivalent years of additional relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Certified Project Manager (PMP) or ability to obtain certification within 1 year
- Knowledge of NCQA health equity accreditation and health plans, health equity frameworks, culturally and linguistically appropriate services, and culturally competent care models
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare analytics tools
