Job Description
PacificSource is seeking a Health Equity Accreditation Program Manager to lead and manage the organization’s compliance with the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) health equity standards. The role will oversee the accreditation process, develop and manage workflows, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement policies and monitor program effectiveness.
Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of healthcare accreditation, quality management, or related healthcare program management experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field, or equivalent years of additional relevant experience in lieu of degree required
- Certified Project Manager (PMP) or ability to obtain certification within 1 year required
- Knowledge of NCQA health equity accreditation and health plans is strongly preferred
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
