Job Description
PacificSource is seeking an IT Director of Data Engineering and Business Intelligence to lead the delivery and operation of the organization's data engineering, business intelligence, and Artificial Intelligence enabled analytics capabilities. The role will partner with business and IT teams to design and scale data architectures, pipelines, automation, and reporting solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of Data Engineering, Analytics, or BI experience
- 5 years of progressive leadership responsibilities
- Experience in effectively managing cross-functional teams, influencing key stakeholders
- Proven experience in establishing standard processes and managing performance to achieve key metrics
