Job Description
PacificSource is seeking a Value Based Payment Data Analyst II to support various business critical analysis and reporting needs, including data extraction, data visualization, and report development. The role requires a strong understanding of value based payments, provider contract language, healthcare utilization, and state and federal guidelines. The analyst will work with level 3 and 4 analysts and analytics management to coordinate projects and support contractually required reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Health and Medical Economics, Public Health or similar research related field
- Three years' experience in health insurance or related field
- Healthcare analytics experience is preferred
