Job Description
PacificSource is seeking a Value Based Payment Data Analyst II to provide analytic support for reinsurance, large employer RFP, and ASO. The role will involve analyzing healthcare utilization, benefits, and state and federal guidelines, and collaborating with level 3 and 4 analysts and analytics management. The successful candidate will have 3 years of experience in health insurance or a related field and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Requirements
- Provide essential data support and coordination activities for various business critical analysis and reporting needs
- Perform accurate and complete data extraction from data warehouse and nonstandard data sources
- Support the development of data visualization solutions
- Develop reports and analytical solutions to support the RFP process, large employer, ASO, and state and federal requests
- Calculate and analyze value based payment terms
- Support presentation of complex data, analysis, and findings to teams
- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials
- Assist in evaluating impact of business changes on risk reports specifications
- Prepare ad hoc analysis related to cost and utilization opportunities
- Assists with quality assurance adherence to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of project-related information data resources and reporting initiatives
