Director of Provider Engagement

Pacify is revolutionizing maternity care by fostering genuine connections between new parents and our network of doulas and lactation consultants. The Director of Provider Engagement will develop and execute a strategic market-mapping and engagement plan to fuel growth in D2C, Medicaid, and Commercial populations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a healthcare sales, business development, account management or community outreach role
• Knowledge of the healthcare, digital health, and provider landscape
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation skills and proficiency in designing presentations
• Data-driven and able to track progress and share with market leaders
• Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate with internal resources
• Ability to travel locally within Pennsylvania for in-person meetings
• Passion for improving maternal health disparities and outcomes
