Patient Engagement Director

Heartbeat Health is hiring a Patient Engagement Director to build a new function from the ground up, developing and launching patient activation and engagement programs to improve patient engagement, follow-through, and activation across their programs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of total experience
• 7+ years focused in healthcare operations, patient engagement, provider engagement, patient access, population health, digital health, product strategy, or related fields
• Experience designing and launching programs or workflows that improve patient engagement, activation, or outcomes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in public health, healthcare administration, business, or related field is a plus
