Job Description
PACIV is looking for an OT Lab Benchtop Support Specialist to support laboratory systems and instrumentation as part of a technology modernization initiative.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting laboratory instrumentation computers or lab IT systems.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, system imaging, and endpoint configuration.
- Experience with software patching, system upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in regulated laboratory environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
