IT SYSTEMS ENGINEER II

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is a Fortune 500 company seeking an IT Systems Engineer II to implement, configure, support, and troubleshoot hardware, operating systems, applications, and policies related to the networks infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Systems.
• 0-3 years’ experience in related ITS area.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the OSI Model and Local and Wide Area Networks.
• Working knowledge of how to investigate and resolve first echelon help desk service requests related to Network infrastructure.
• Ability to travel as necessary and authorized to work in U.S.
