Shift Supervisor - 2nd Shift

As a Fortune 500 company, Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking a Shift Supervisor for their 2nd Shift team. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for leading a production team in the efficient and safe production of corrugated products.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years' previous experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity at a manufacturing facility
• Previous experience in coaching, training, teambuilding, performance development, and conflict resolution
• Able to work flexible hours as needed
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S
