The Senior Director of Marketing will lead the marketing function, owning narrative, content, and product marketing, while guiding a high-performing team responsible for demand generation and marketing operations.
Requirements
- 8â12+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with experience across product marketing and content strategy
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Proven ability to define positioning and bring products to market effectively
- Experience building or evolving a brand and positioning within an emerging or competitive category
- Experience leveraging customer insights and voice-of-customer data to inform messaging, positioning, and content
- Experience hiring, developing, and managing high-performing marketing teams
- Experience leading or overseeing demand generation and pipeline performance
- Background in EdTech, higher education, or mission-driven SaaS is a strong plus
- Strong product marketing instincts with the ability to translate complexity into clear value
- Experience building and scaling content and thought leadership programs
- Hands-on approach: comfortable writing, shaping messaging, and guiding execution
- Analytical enough to understand funnel performance and connect marketing to revenue
- Strong cross-functional collaborator across Product, Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success
