Job Description
As a Growth Lead at Packt, your primary objective will be driving product growth and visibility within communities through developer relations (DevRel) marketing and targeted direct marketing initiatives. You will leverage strategic outreach to secure product visibility, endorsements, and drive measurable user acquisition and engagement.
Requirements
- Proven track record (2+ years) in growth or devrel marketing, ideally within tech publishing
- Expertise in influencer outreach and acquisition, Amazon marketing strategies, and community engagement
- Strong analytical skills with experience optimizing email campaigns and onsite conversion
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, particularly within technical communities
