Job Description
We are looking for a Growth Lead to expand direct reach and drive revenue within the Software Engineering and Architecture vertical. This role focuses on maximizing direct user acquisition and engagement through growth marketing activities, leveraging existing products and working with key functional product leads across eCommerce, email, AI and book+, and events.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related role focused on user acquisition and direct revenue.
- Proven experience driving growth through channels like SEO, PPC, email, and content marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics and the ability to interpret data for growth insights.
- High ownership and initiative, able to manage and execute projects independently.
- Strong collaborator, able to work with product leads across eCommerce, email, events, and other functions to achieve growth goals.
