We're hiring a results-driven Growth Marketer to lead customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. You'll partner with product, engineering, and analytics teams to design and run experiments, optimize campaigns, and unlock scalable growth across digital channels.
Requirements
- Develop, execute, and iterate multi-channel growth strategies (email, social media, SEO/SEM, content, paid ads).
- Design and manage A/B tests to optimize conversion funnels and user retention.
- Analyze campaign metrics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, CRM tools) to extract insights and inform decisions.
- Optimize performance via paid campaigns and referral programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and content teams to align growth efforts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Own reporting on KPIs—CAC, LTV, conversion rates, ROI—and drive continuous improvement.
