FMS Supervisor

The FMS Supervisor oversees the in-field maintenance and support of warehouse distribution with mobile garbage bins (MGBs) for councils and commercial customers safely, efficiently and in line with customer expectations.

Requirements

• Supervisory experience in a similar operational environment
• Experience in warehouse and logistics operations (desirable)
• Strong safety focus and understanding of WHSE requirements
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to read and interpret safety, operational, and procedure documents
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Current applicable driver’s license (essential)
• Forklift license (essential)
• First aid certificate (desirable)
