Job Description
Paddle is seeking a strategic VP of Revenue Operations to elevate how Paddle scales, sharpens commercial execution, and accelerates revenue growth. The role will define the operational backbone of the business, influence commercial direction, and ensure our GTM organisation is equipped to win at scale.
Requirements
- Act as a trusted partner to the CRO and CMO, aligning Revenue Operations strategy with company priorities and commercial objectives
- Own the design and implementation of Paddle’s GTM operating model
- Lead a high-performing Deal Desk function
- Manage the GTM technology stack and data architecture
- Establish the global standard for forecasting and pipeline management disciplines
- Lead GTM enablement strategy and execution
- Own the management and delivery of high-impact GTM initiatives
- Continuously audit and optimise existing ways of work
