Job Description
Coach in-training position to develop leadership, process, and financial literacy skills, leading the Front St. operations to operational excellence through continuous improvement and LEAN practices.
Requirements
- Leadership experience managing 10 individuals or more
- Lean Manufacturing and Process Improvement experience
- Bachelor's Degree (strongly preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of change leadership
