Job Description
PADNOS is a full-service recycling company looking for a Millwright I to assist in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery and equipment. The position works both independently and as part of a team to perform minor electrical and mechanical repairs, diagnose and resolve equipment issues, and document procedures for new jobs or rebuilds.
Requirements
- Valid chauffeur’s license
- High school diploma or GED
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- 1+ years of machine repair or industrial maintenance experience
- Basic knowledge of: Hydraulics, pneumatics, Mechanical systems and components
- Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and schematics
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
- Perform basic welding and fabrication (MIG, TIG, ARC)
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Work at heights and in outdoor/industrial environments
