Job Description
Intrinsic Development is seeking an Accounting Clerk to assist with daily, full-cycle accounting responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 1+ year of general accounting experience, and expertise in Excel.
Requirements
- Responsible for cash and bank reconciliations
- Handle the full cycle accounting for several entities
- Reconcile credit card statement for assigned entities
- Prepare multi-state sales tax reports
- Assist with processing payroll as needed
- Process inter-company billings
- Responsible for General Ledger reconciliation and analysis for assigned entities
- Processing AP duties
- Complete special accounting projects as needed and assigned by Accounting Manager
