PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale and cross-functional programs and projects to success. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving ability, and be passionate about managing large-scale programs and projects.
Requirements
- Lead a minimum of 1 department-level program
- Anticipate bottlenecks and provide escalation management
- Provide contribution to cross-functional teams
- Drive implementation and adoption of new processes
- Leverage AI, tools, and processes to improve productivity
- Communicate successes, schedules, priorities, issues, and overall program health
- Create, track, and drive critical path, flagging and managing risks, dependencies, and decisions
- Drive program alignment on present and future outcomes that support the company's strategy
- Management of program spend, capitalization, and tax credit reporting
- Creation and distribution of impactful automated reporting
- Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
