Job Description
Paydi is seeking a Partner Alliance Specialist to strengthen existing franchise partners in Japan, driving adoption of their BNPL service. The role involves building and maintaining relationships, gathering performance feedback, designing KPIs, and providing training. The company aims to improve the online shopping experience by streamlining payments.
Requirements
- Corporate sales, account management, and relationship management experience (3+ years)
- Sales experience in areas such as financial, payment, retail, and SaaS (3+ years)
- Experience building and maintaining long-term relationships with joint venture or store operators
- Experience collaborating across the data and KPI to a consistent point
- Ability to listen and observe store environments, extract key details, and work independently
- Physical stamina and willingness to climb stairs
- Logical thinking and puzzle-solving skills
- Persistence in regularly improving the work based on observations
- Possessing a customer-oriented attitude
- Willingness to explore a new payment experience in the BNPL (cross-border payments) market
- Paidy app usage experience (iOS & Android)
