Creative Director

At Pair Eyewear, we are looking for a Creative Director to lead and evolve the Pair Eyewear brand across every touchpoint, defining and driving our creative vision, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring everything we put into the world feels cohesive, thoughtful, and distinctly Pair.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in creative roles
• Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative direction across brand, digital, and physical experiences
• Experience working with performance marketing teams and understanding how creative drives results
• Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate creative production
• Exceptional visual design sensibility, attention to detail, and storytelling ability
• Experience leading photoshoots, video production, and large-scale campaign execution
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and creative production workflows
