We're hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team in a fast-paced, high-volume inbound sales environment. You'll handle 60–90 inbound leads per week, closing deals quickly through short, consultative sales conversations.
Requirements
- Must-Have Qualifications: 1+ years of inside sales or customer service experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills with strong English proficiency and minimal accent
- Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets
- Comfortable handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
- Natural relationship-builder who connects easily with customers
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with short sales cycles and inbound lead conversion
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Housecall Pro, or similar CRM/service platforms
- Background in home services, field services, or similar industries
- Previous experience coaching or mentoring team members
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
