Alarm Operator (Nights)

Paladin Technologies is searching for multiple Alarm Operators to join their Ottawa-based Response Center, coordinating emergency response for clients nationwide. The role involves exceptional customer service, active listening, and remaining calm under pressure.

Requirements

• Ability to remain calm and provide direction while responding to an emergency situation
• Ability to pay attention to detail and follow instructions
• Exercise mental flexibility and situational awareness within a team-based environment
• Ability to 'Think on your feet' and remain calm under pressure
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingualism (French & English) spoken & written
• Ability to use Microsoft based applications
