Paladin Technologies is seeking Alarm Operators to join their Ottawa-based Response Center, coordinating emergency responses for clients nationwide. The role offers on-the-job training, a fast-paced environment, and flexible shift options.

Requirements

• Ability to remain calm and provide direction while responding to an emergency situation.
• Ability to pay attention to detail and be able to follow instructions.
• Exercise mental flexibility and situational awareness within a team-based environment.
• Ability to 'Think on your feet' and remain calm under pressure
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingualism (French & English) spoken & written
• Ability to use Microsoft based applications.
