Commercial Counsel

A World-Changing Company seeks a Commercial Counsel to join its in-house legal team, responsible for commercial contracting, intellectual property matters, and advising on product development and technical implementation.

Requirements

• Lead drafting and negotiation of commercial customer contracts.
• Intellectual Property subject matter expert in the commercial contracting team.
• Assist in open source software management and product development with in-licensed components.
• Support the continuous improvement of standard form agreements and legal processes.
• Collaborate closely with Business, Operations, Finance, and Engineering teams to shepherd deals to execution.
