Corporate Counsel

Palantir is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join their in-house legal team, providing proactive legal advice on corporate governance and securities matters, leveraging public company experience to ensure compliance and support growth. The role involves owning critical areas such as investment management, trading compliance, and equity compensation plans, while working cross-functionally with leadership teams.

Requirements

• JD and active bar membership (or equivalent international qualification)
• 4+ years' experience as a corporate or securities attorney at a top firm or in-house
• Knowledge of and experience with public company reporting requirements, corporate governance and board matters, and securities and strategic transactions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to distill complexity into clarity
