Job Description
The Director of Sales will own the performance, development, and scale of TYB's Account Executive team, partnering closely with the Head of Sales and leadership to turn traction into a repeatable, scalable revenue engine.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of B2B sales experience
- 3–5+ years leading and scaling AE teams selling into Mid-Market and Enterprise consumer brands
- Experience selling into the e-commerce / marketing tech stack
- Data-driven but empathetic sales leader
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build systems, processes, and culture from scratch
