Job Description
Palm Primary Care is seeking a Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and senior population within the Medicare Advantage/Medicare/Medicaid model.
Requirements
- Medical Degree (M.D., D.O.) from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active, unrestricted Texas Medical License
- Current DEA license in good standing
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience providing care to Medicare and/or Medicare Advantage patients preferred
- Experience working in a value-based care model, focused on outcomes, quality metrics, and patient satisfaction
