Palm Tree is a modern M&A value creation firm seeking an Associate, Investment Banking to support the execution of M&A and capital markets transactions. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of prior investment banking experience and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of prior investment banking experience with demonstrated deal execution exposure
- Experience supporting M&A and capital markets processes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in fast-paced transaction environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
