Associate, Transaction Advisory Services

The Associate role at Palm Tree supports financial due diligence, transaction advisory, and value creation engagements. The Associate will build models, analyze data, prepare client deliverables, and support senior team members across M&A, private equity, and operational engagements.

Requirements

• Support day-to-day execution of financial due diligence engagements
• Build and refine financial models
• Assist in developing client deliverables
• Perform detailed analyses across income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, KPIs, and operational data
• Participate in client calls and meetings
• Manage and mentor junior team members
• Collaborate with colleagues across engagements
