Associate, Transaction Advisory Services

The Associate, Transaction Advisory Services role at Palm Tree supports financial due diligence, transaction advisory, and value creation engagements. The role is critical in building models, analyzing data, preparing client deliverables, and supporting senior team members across M&A, private equity, and operational engagements.

Requirements

• Support day-to-day execution of financial due diligence engagements
• Build and refine financial models
• Assist in developing client deliverables
• Perform detailed analyses across income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, KPIs, and operational data
• Participate in client calls and meetings
• Provide analytical support for adjustments, deal structure considerations, and working capital targets
• Manage and mentor junior team members
• Collaborate with colleagues across engagements
• Assist in business development efforts
