PestNow is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Requirements

• Answer a multi-line phone system promptly and courteously.
• Schedule service appointments and communicate effectively with pest specialists.
• Manage customer correspondence and maintain accurate records using PestPac software program.
• Update and maintain customer account information with accuracy and integrity.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Support all facets of branch operations with teamwork and a positive attitude.
• Demonstrate accountability by following through on customer issues and commitments.
• Represent the company with excellence in every interaction.
