Job Description
Regional Sales Manager to develop and execute regional sales strategy to achieve company goals in revenue, market share, and store expansion for mobile phone financing products. Lead channel development, team leadership, sales operations, performance monitoring, cross-functional collaboration, market intelligence, and budget management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a team management role (managing at least 10 people)
- Industry background in Consumer Finance, Installment Payment, Telecommunications, or FMCG
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for sales forecasting and performance tracking
- Excellent negotiation skills and interpersonal communication skills
- Basic understanding of financial principles to comprehend risk policies and P&L statements
- Fluent in English and Filipino (both written and spoken)
- Highly results-oriented, with strong resilience under pressure and execution ability
- Willingness to travel extensively (over 70% of the time for store visits)
- Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and execution
