Job Description
Regional Sales Manager for South Luzon Region, responsible for developing and executing sales strategy, expanding open channels, team leadership, sales operations, performance monitoring, cross-functional collaboration, market intelligence, budget management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- 5-8 years of sales experience with at least 3 years in a team management role
- Industry background in Consumer Finance, Installment Payment, Telecommunications, or FMCG
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Fluent in English and Filipino (both written and spoken)
