Bar Apprentice/Porter - On Call

Bar Apprentice/Porter responsible for stocking glassware, condiments, beer, and other necessary items for efficient operation in beverage outlets, while providing excellent guest service.

Requirements

• Stock and serve assigned beverage outlets, maintain assigned levels of inventory
• Maintain cleanliness of beverage areas and assigned bar equipment, tools, and supplies
• Complete required paperwork including bar transfers and dry stock deliveries
• Maintain pars of liquor, beer, and supplies in cooler and dry storage area
• Responsible for set-up and breakdown of portable bars in designated areas
• Ensure use of correct freight elevators and delivery routes
• Organize and maintain beverage pump room areas
• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority
• Obtain a TAM/Alcohol Awareness Card, SNHD Health Card, and Nevada Gaming License
