Job Description
The Steward - On Call will maintain the cleanliness of equipment and areas assigned, wash and sanitize china, glassware, and flatware, and transport equipment throughout the property.
Requirements
- Effective communication in English
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months stewarding or comparable experience
- Previous experience working in a similar resort setting
- Knowledge of basic kitchen equipment and Health and Safety regulations
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills
