Job Description
This position is for retired physicians in a 12-office, Federally Qualified Healthcare Center serving 7 counties in North Florida. The role is based on a patient-centric approach, combining primary care with comprehensive wellness services and health promotion, offering a unique family-focused environment. The focus is on improving health and life by providing compassionate medical care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited medical school with a M.D. or D.O. degree
- Current and Valid physician license in the State of Florida
- Maintain Board Certification
- Current DEA certification
- Current BLS (basic life support) Certification
- Organizational skills, a self-starter, and detail oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to travel and cover other sites during provider absences
- Ability to coach and mentor clinical staff
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
- Effective communication skills
