Job Description
The Program Coordinator is responsible for supervising day-to-day operations and incident reporting procedures, maintaining program logs and documentation, and overseeing staff and client interactions.
Requirements
- Maintains communication with staff and observes staff to monitor program strengths and weaknesses
- Knowledge of Developmental Disabilities and reporting procedures in their local Counties
- Sufficient knowledge and experience to administer effective and ongoing operations of the Developmental Disabilities services
- Responsible for the overall operation of PALS Developmental Disabilities Services
- Skill in providing supervision
- Must have a current and valid Driver’s License
- Maintains current annual training requirements
- Must successfully complete all criminal background screens annually
