Job Description
The Residential Program Manager is responsible for performing supervisory activities, maintaining program execution, and overseeing day-to-day operations at the site. He/she will maintain and model appropriate behavior, and update staff and the Program Director on relevant issues.
Requirements
- Maintains communication with staff and observes staff to monitor program strengths and weaknesses
- Knowledge of Developmental Disabilities and reporting procedures in local Counties
- Sufficient knowledge and experience to administer effective and ongoing operations of Developmental Disabilities services
- Skill in providing supervision
- Must have a current and valid Driver's License
- Graduation from an accredited university with a minimum of a Bachelors Degree preferred
- Must have knowledge of the principles and practices of the discipline
