Job Description
PandaDoc is seeking a Director of Product, Surfaces to lead a team focused on unifying user experience across its web and mobile applications. This role will own the experience layer of the platform, focusing on both user interaction and collaboration features. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX, collaboration products, and scaling recipient-facing surfaces.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management and design experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Strong background in user experience, design systems, and collaboration products
- Proven success shipping mobile apps at scale
- Track record of improving critical flows and IA in a complex product
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Analytical and data-driven
- Passionate about making complex workflows simple
- Based in Europe or US East Coast
