Job Description
PandaDoc is seeking a Director of Product, Surfaces to unify user experience across their web and mobile applications. This role focuses on leading a cross-functional team to create elegant, fast, and reliable experiences across the product layer. The Director will own the core experience, working with design, UX, and collaboration teams to improve user journeys and IA. This is an ideal role for a product leader with a strong emphasis on usability, design, and scale.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management and design experience
- 3+ years in a leadership role
- Strong background in user experience, design systems, and collaboration products
- Proven success shipping mobile apps at scale
- Track record of improving critical flows and IA
- Well versed in agentic AI, technical and hands-on enough to build your own agents
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Analytical and data-driven
- Passionate about making complex workflows simple, intuitive and delightful
- Based in Europe or US East Coast
