Senior Engineering Manager (Frontend experience)

PandaDoc is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the mobile app team, shaping the vision for the mobile application architecture and driving technical decision making and platform-wide strategy at scale.

Requirements

• Over 8 years of engineering experience, including relevant experience in a management role
• Previously worked as a Software Engineer
• Proven experience owning and shaping complex application architecture, including mobile and web
• Hands-on background with React, React Native, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Strong understanding of mobile platforms (iOS/Android) and cross-platform frameworks / performance characteristics
• Experience building infrastructure or libraries used by multiple teams
• Track record of improving developer experience (tooling, workflows, local dev environments)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Previously worked in a product organization
• Experienced in managing delivery processes
• A self-starter who thrives in a rapidly changing business environment
• Customer- and product-focused
