Senior Engineering Manager (Mobile, Frontend experience)

PandaDoc is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the mobile app team, responsible for building and evolving the core mobile app architecture and user experience foundations. The role involves driving technical decision making, platform-wide strategy, and team management, with a focus on software products, people growth, and team efficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience, including experience in a management role
• Relevant experience in owning and shaping complex application architecture, including mobile and web
• Hands-on background with React, React Native, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Strong understanding of mobile platforms (iOS/Android) and cross-platform frameworks / performance characteristics
• Experience building infrastructure or libraries used by multiple teams
• Track record of improving developer experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous experience in a product organization
• Experience managing delivery processes
