The Panem Backstube GmbH in Bleicherode is seeking a Product Developer to develop new recipes, optimize existing products, and lead the development team. The ideal candidate has a degree in Food Technology or equivalent and experience in developing bread, rolls, and other baked goods.

Requirements

• Development of new recipes and optimization of existing products
• Efficient organization of product development
• Close coordination and collaboration with production
• Troubleshooting in case of unexpected production disruptions
• Strategic further development of the product portfolio and implementation of market and consumer trends
• Leadership and further development of the development team
• Project management of new products from idea to market launch including cost and budget responsibility
• Ensuring quality, hygiene and compliance with food law regulations
