We are looking for a Product Development Assistant (m/f/d) to develop innovative product recipes, produce prototypes, and plan test productions while ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Requirements

• Completed training in baking or food technology
• Professional experience in a comparable position
• Expertise in the food segment and basic understanding of business economics
• Secure German language skills and good English language skills
• Proficient use of MS Office or Google Workspace and basic knowledge of SAP
• High degree of self-initiative, creativity, and pronounced 'hands-on mentality'
